At Nushka by Radhika, each product is crafted with care and attention to detail. We aim to ensure your experience with us is smooth, transparent, and satisfying. Please take a moment to read our shipping and return policies carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
- You will receive an email or WhatsApp update with your tracking details once your order ships.
- Orders are dispatched from our facility in India.
Delivery Time:
- For Delhi/NCR region: Orders typically reach within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- For the rest of India: Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and courier network.
- For remote or interior areas, delivery may take a bit longer due to courier limitations.
- Please ensure that your address and contact details are correct at checkout; we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
Shipping Coverage:
- We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping is free for all orders above ₹1500 (inclusive of taxes).
- For orders below ₹1500, standard shipping charges apply and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Free shipping offers (if active) will be clearly mentioned on our website or promotional pages.
Lost or Delayed Orders:
- If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at [insert email/phone].
- Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, tracking and delivery responsibility lies with the shipping partner, but we’ll do our best to assist.
Packaging
- Please check the package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we recommend taking photos/videos before opening and proceeding as per our Damage Policy below.
- Each product is securely packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
Because our products are personal care and skincare items, returns and exchanges are not accepted once products are opened or used, due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
We only process returns or refunds in cases where:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect; or
- The item has been compromised during transit.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this.
What qualifies as a damaged product
- The product container is cracked, broken, leaking, or physically damaged.
- The wrong item was sent.
- A functional defect (e.g., broken pump/dropper) is present upon arrival.
How to report a damaged or wrong item
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Please email or WhatsApp our support team at [insert support email / WhatsApp number] with:
- Your Order Number
- Photos showing the damage (at least two clear pictures)
- A short video (10–30 seconds) showing the parcel being opened and the product damage clearly visible
- Courier name and tracking number
This step helps us verify the issue quickly and avoid misuse of the policy.
Return Approval Process
Once we receive your request:
- Our team will review your submitted evidence (photos + video).
- If the claim is valid, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide the return address.
- You must ship the damaged product back in its original packaging within 3 business days of RA approval.
- Use a trackable courier service and share the tracking number with us.

Refund or Replacement
- After the damaged item is received and verified, we will process either:
- A replacement (if the same product is available in stock), or
- A refund to your original payment method / store credit, within 7 business days.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
Note:
- Items returned without prior approval or without the required photo/video evidence will not be accepted.
- Products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery will not qualify for replacement or refund.
- If the outer packaging is slightly dented but the product inside is intact, this does not qualify as damage.
Important Notes
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for reasons such as “change of mind,” “scent preference,” or “skin reaction.”
(We recommend doing a patch test before first use.) - Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Refunds are not applicable for delayed deliveries caused by courier delays or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
